This page gives you all the help information on all the (non-admin) webpages in the E-BAG.

1.A Basic Company Information
To be able to compare your company to others (with the same company type), it is required that you fill in the fields shown on this page. If you decide not to register, this information will not be saved, nor used for mailing purposes. If you do decide to register (in step 2), this information will only be used for purpose of this tool/project. Essential information that must be entered will show a "!" if you forget to enter this information when it is saved. If you want to save the changes in your information, you must hit the save button below the input area before you navigate to other pages. This information will also be used for your personal reports.

1.B Company Energy Use
To be able to calculate a proper benchmark, it is important that the fields on this page are entered below. When you enter figures, it is important to note that you must not use separators for multiples of one thousand (i.e.: use 2500 instead of 2.500). You may enter data up to two digits. When you cannot enter values, the E-BAG will consider these to be '0'. When you enter invalid numbers, you will see a '?' next to the relevant input field. Make sure you click the 'save' button if you want to keep your data before you go to another page. You will be able to find much of this information on the relevant bills for your company.

1.C Feedback on Energy Use
On this page you can easily review the company information that was put in, by clicking the blue texts next to the bullets in the arrow. You can make a printout of each screen to be able to review this data later at your leisure. If you wish to compare this data to the industry standard for your company type you have to go to Step 2: The company energy benchmark - the most important aspect of the generic tool.

2.A Company Energy Benchmark
This page shows your performance on the key indicators for energy use. The relevant technical indicators have been preselected. You can see your own value, the average value for your company type, the best value for your company type, and your relative score.

2.B Company Energy Report
Entrepreneurs find it practical to easily review management information. This is why the E-BAG is able to generate a company energy report. On this page you can click the picture of the report to generate this report. We hope that you, report in hand, are willing to take further steps for energy reduction and improvement of the environment. To continue in this manner the 'Mail' button (right of the screen) can be used on this page to apply for this. A consultant will then contact you to discuss a follow-up procedure.

3.A Specific Company Energy Inputs
Consultants may enter the more specific (detailed) company energy information here. The details of each input fields are known to your consultant - he or she can clarify their meaning to you when you (re)visit this page.

3.B Select relevant Measures
On this page you see the list of energy efficiency measures that was deemed relevant by the consultant in the previous step, and the appropriate details. Custom measures may also have been defined. You can find additional information on the measure through the "?". The Latin term "annum" means "years". Companies cannot change their own information here: only consultants can.

3.C Defining Energy Reduction Measures
On this page you see the list of energy efficiency measures that was deemed relevant by the consultant in the previous step, and the appropriate details. Custom measures may also have been defined. 3.D Feedback on Detailed analysis
On this page you can see and review the relevant energy use and possible savings for the company. All input data has been gathered to present data in the relevant energy categories: the relevant measures have been applied to those specific categories to show your savings. Monetary and CO2 reductions have been calculated for you, based on European data.

4.A Benchmark of detailed energy consumption
On this page you can see your relative performance for different energy consuming activities. The data is displayed in a similar manner to the generic benchmark, but now handles the more detailed specific input analysis.

4.B Report of detailed energy consumption
Once the specific benchmark phase is finished you can let the E-BAG generate your final specific benchmark report. This report will supply you with all the required management information to achieve energy efficiency. On this page you can click on the report sample to generate your own report. We wish you the best of luck with executing the energy efficiency improvement measures. We also strongly advise you to periodically update your company data, to obtain the most accurate and up to date specific company benchmark.
